We ensure all orders are processed and dispatched Orders are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Please note that processing times may extend during promotional periods or sales due to high order volumes. Operations follow the Hong Kong calendar and local time (HKT).
International Delivery
We’ve partnered with Global-e to provide a seamless international shopping experience. All duties and taxes are calculated and included in your final order total at checkout to ensure a smooth delivery process. If any additional fees must be paid upon delivery in your country, this will be clearly indicated before you complete your purchase.
Delivery within Hong Kong
For orders delivered within Hong Kong (HKSAR): Free shipping on orders over HKD 800, HKD 60 shipping fee for orders below this threshold.

Delivery and Processing
If a delivery is refused, missed, or returned to sender without prior communication with our Customer Service team, the original shipping fee will be treated as a return shipping cost and will not be refunded. If a refund is later approved, it will apply to the product price only—shipping fees are non-refundable.
